Gold Champagne Horse

Gold Champagne HorseThis is a one year old Gold Champagne Quarter Horse. He is a half brother to the gold champagne palomino Goober who is pictured elsewhere in this category. Sampson, a classic champagne, who is also pictured elsewhere in this category is their sire. His dam was a palomino. You can see the distinctive amber colored eyes and the freckles on his muzzle. His coloring is being affected by the redness of a setting sun. His normal color is what I would call copper.

A champagne horse will have freckled pink skin, which can be seen around his mouth, and amber eyes.
