Part of the old Wolfe City, TX cottonseed oil mill. It was known as the Ne-Tex Cooperative Oil Mill. It is no longer in operation and is currently being used for feed storage.

The Wolfe City red roofed barn was built by J. Green. It was used as a livestock auction barn. This piece of Wolfe City, TX history was recently torn down after many attempts at raising funds to restore it failed.
